Es una actriz de teatro, televisión y cine española nacida en Vigo (Galicia) en 1983. Sus trabajos en televisión son los que le han dado un mayor reconocimiento por parte del gran público. Empezó en series de la televisión autonómica de Galicia como 'Maridos e mulleres'. Después apareció en series de gran impacto en el panorama televisivo nacional como 'El comisario' de Telecinco o 'Amistades peligrosas' de Cuato. En 2011 protagonizó junto a Eduardo Noriega la serie 'Homicidios' de Telecinco. Más recientemente ha aparecido en 'Bajo Sospecha' de Antena 3 o 'Seis hermanas' de Televisión española. En el cine, su participación más destacada fue en la cinta 'Todo es silencio' del director José Luis Cuerda. En el teatro, ha participado en más de diez obras en las que destacan 'Los Cenci' y 'El color de agosto' por las cuales consiguió nominaciones a los Premios Valle Inclán de Teatro.
En 2007 creó su propia productora llamada Pocapena Producciones.
