Isao Takahata and His Tale of the Princess Kaguya Trailer
Naoko Asari (浅梨 なおこ, Asari Naoko, born January 24) is a Japanese film sound engineer and animation sound director from Tokyo.
She joined Omnibus Promotion in 1981 as a sound assistant. She mainly worked on Studio Ghibli works, and after that, she worked on many live-action, film music and sound editing. After being away from the animation sound direction for a long time since the 1996 TV anime Kodocha, she was in charge of the recording direction of the 2013 movie The Tale of the Princess Kaguya for the first time in 17 years, her first Studio Ghibli work since the 1995 film Whisper of the Heart.
